Gethsemane ROCKS!

At Gethsemane Lutheran we offer Wednesday Church School instead of a traditional "Sunday School" program. We call this ROCKS (Radically Outrageous Christian KidS).

EVERYONE is welcome to join us for faith formation on Wednesday afternoons. You don't need to be a member of Gethsemane or even Lutheran for that matter. All are welcome!

ROCKS is from 3:30-5:15PM on Wednesdays during the school year. We follow the DC school calendar.

There are two groups in ROCKS: PreK-3rd grade and grades 4-5-6 (456ers).

During ROCKS there is a snack, music, games, Bible story, an activity station (crafts, cooking, science, etc.), and concludes with a FREE meal. Families are welcome to join us for a FREE community meal from 5:15-6:00 PM on Wednesdays.

We meet students at Dassel Elementary to walk together to Gethsemane. A screened volunteer will transport those coming from Cokato Elementary. A bus drops middle school students off at Dassel Elementary and they walk with the group to church.
